Requirements/Fees to rent:
Each Adult needs to complete an application form
Each adult over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit will need to complete an application form. While we want to know who you are, we do understand that we may learn some details that are less than perfect, and that is okay. We will see how to best work with your situation. Application Fees
If Married, both applicants can use the same application and if not, then each adult will need to submit their own application form. Application fee is $40.00 per person. We use TransUnion credit bureau to do a credit/criminal/eviction background check on all potential renters.
Security Deposit
An amount equal to 1-month's rent is minimum requirement OAC. After reviewing your entire financial picture we may determine if additional deposit may be required from you.
Utilities
Here at Radcliff Apartment Homes, we include most of the utilities and expenses in your monthly rent. We provide gas, water/sewer, garbage collection and pest control services at no additional charge. Residents are responsible for paying all other utilities such as electricity and any cable/phone/internet services desired.
Minimum Requirements for renting:
1. A Minimum of $1,800 verifiable income is required to qualify for renting one of our 1 bedroom apartments.
2. You will need to pay your first full month's rent and security deposit at time of renting.
