Here at Radcliff Apartment Homes, we believe everyone deserves to have a safe and comfortable home life and that everyone should be comfortable in their own home.  You work hard and you want to have a nice apartment to come home to relax in, that is both hassle-free and drama-free.  We have gorgeously remodeled the apartments with above standard appointments, materials and appliances.  We want you to have a beautiful apartment that you would be proud to show to your family, friends and houseguests. 

We carefully screen all incoming tenants for credit, criminal and eviction.  Everyone who lives here appreciates that we do that, so you know all your neighbors are solid citizens. 
 
We make sure your apartment stays fully functional and problem-free, without issue.  We have an onsite maintenance staff that responds to your service needs right away, generally all service issues are taken care of within 1 day, usually the same day, within hours of your contact for an item our staff can take care of.  For other issues that may require a specific contractor, we will contact them right away after your contact and coordinate their schedule with you.  
 
We pride ourselves on responding quickly to emails and taking care of maintenance requests promptly.
